Perfect for those with busy schedules who cannot make a full class commitment but who still want a "taste" of what wine studies are all about. For $75 per person (minimum 6) the HWA will offer a 2 hours course that includes wine history, grape growing, wine making, and the fundamentals of the deductive tasting method via 6 wines (3 whites and 3 reds).
